ClicTruck Driver – Import

  1. Click Lanjut to pick up the container at the port.

  1. Confirmation message will appear, click OK to continue.

  1. Status will be automatically changed indicating driver already off to pick up container.

  1. After driver arrived at the port, click Dokumen SP2 to generate SP2 document.
  2. Then the app will be directed to browser to open SP2 Document.

  3. After driver arrived at the port, take picture of the container as proof. Click Unggah Foto.

  1. To take new picture click Kamera, to select from gallery click Penyimpanan, to select from previous photo on the Clickargo app click Riwayat Foto.

  1. To upload photo click Unggah Foto.

  1. After a confirmation message appears indicating the photo has been successfully uploaded, click OK.

  1. Click Lanjut to continue to destination

  1. After confirmation box appears, click OK to confirm to off to destination.

  1. Status will be automatically changed indicating driver is off to destination

  1. After arrived at the destination, to start to unload the cargo click Lanjut.

  1. Confirmation box will appear, click OK to confirm.

  1. Status will be automatically changed indicating the driver is unloading the cargo.

  1. Take photo as proof that the cargo has safely arrived and has been unloaded. Click Unggah Foto.

  1. To take new picture click Kamera, to select from gallery click Penyimpanan, to select from previous photo on the Clickargo app click Riwayat Foto.

  1. To upload photo click Unggah Foto.

  1. After a confirmation message appears indicating the photo has been successfully uploaded, click OK.

  1. To finish the unloading click Lanjut.

  1. To add Proof of Delivery (PoD), ask the PIC of warehouse to put digital signature on the selected area.

  1. To finish the process, click Konfirmasi.

  1. Status will be automatically changed, indicating the cargo has been delivered.

  1. Click Lanjut to go to container depo to return container.

  1. Confirmation box will appear, click OK to continue.

  1. Status will be automatically changed.

  1. After driver arrived at the container depo, driver should take picture of all side of container. Click Unggah Foto.

  1. Take the picture based on the instruction given, click Pilih Foto to take a new picture or Riwayat Foto to select from gallery.

  1. Click Selanjutnya to proceed to the next side of the container and to confirm the picture.

  1. Repeat the step for all side of container.
  2. If all pictures have been taken, click Unggah Foto to confirm.

  1. Confirmation box will appear indicating all pictures have been successfully uploaded, click OK to continue.

  1. Click Lanjut to confirm container has already returned.

  1. Confirmation box will appear, click OK to confirm.

  1. Status will be automatically changed.

  1. Driver should take picture as proof container has safely returned. Click Unggah Foto.

  1. To take new picture click Kamera, to select from gallery click Penyimpanan, to select from previous photo on the Clickargo app click Riwayat Foto.

  1. To upload photo click Unggah Foto.

  1. After a confirmation message appears indicating the photo has been successfully uploaded, click OK.

  1. To finish the order click Selesai.

  1. Confirmation box will appear, click OK to confirm.

  1. Screen will be back to default indicating previous job has been successfully completed.
