- Click List Order to show all available order.
- On tab Tersedia all available order will be shown, and click Mulai on preferred order to start.
- Confirmation box to proceed the order will appear, click Ok to start.
- Screen will change and the status of Driver has taken the order will appear.
- To pick up the container, driver should click Lanjut.
- Confirmation box will appear, click OK to continue.
- Status will be changed indicating the driver is off to container depo.
- If driver already picked up container, driver should take picture on every side of the container. Click Unggah Foto to start taking pictures.
- Take the picture based on the instruction given, click Pilih Foto to take a new picture or Riwayat Foto to select from gallery.
- Click Selanjutnya to proceed to the next side of the container and to confirm the picture.
- Repeat the step for all side of container.
- If all pictures have been taken, click Unggah Foto to confirm.
- Confirmation box will appear indicating all pictures have been successfully uploaded, click OK to continue.
- Input Container Number and Seal Number, click Selesai to confirm.
- Confirmation box will appear indicating container data has been successfully updated, click OK to continue.
- Click Lanjut, to pick up cargo.
- Confirmation message will appear, click OK to continue.
- Status will change indicating the driver is off to pick up the cargo.
- If the driver already arrived at the warehouse and started to load the cargo, click Lanjut.
- Confirmation message will appear, click OK to continue.
- Status will change indicating the driver is loading the cargo.
- Click Unggah Foto to take picture of the cargo.
- To take new picture click Kamera, to select picture from gallery click Penyimpanan, to choose from previous session click Riwayat Foto.
- To retake the picture click Ambil Ulang, to confirm click Unggah Foto.
- If driver click Unggah Foto, Pop up box indicating photo has been successfully, click OK to continue.
- To continue the process to the next destination, click Lanjut.
- Confirmation message will appear, click OK to continue.
- Status will automatically updated.
- If driver arrived on the destination, click Order tiba.
- To add Proof of Delivery (PoD), ask the PIC of warehouse to put digital signature on the selected area.
- To finish the process, click Konfirmasi.
- Status will be automatically changed.
- After driver arrived at the port, click Dokumen SP2 to generate SP2 document.
- Then the app will be directed to browser to open SP2 Document.
- Click Unggah Foto to take picture that order has been delivered.
- To take new picture click Kamera, to select picture from gallery click Penyimpanan, to choose from previous session click Riwayat Foto.
- Click Ungah Foto to proceed.
- Confirmation box will appear indicating the photo has been successfully uploaded, click OK to continue.
- To finish the order, click Selesai.
- Confirmation message will appear, click OK to end the order.
- Screen will be back to default indicating previous job has been successfully completed.
