- After driver took the order, click Lanjut to go to destination tp pick up the order.
- Confirmation box will appear, click OK to confirm.
- Driver’s status will be automatically changed to Pick Up.
- When driver has arrived on the destination and has loaded the order, click Unggah Foto to take picture as proof.
- To take new picture click Kamera, to select from gallery click Penyimpanan, to select from previous photo on the Clickargo app click Riwayat Foto.
- To upload photo click Unggah Foto.
- After a confirmation message appears indicating the photo has been successfully uploaded, click OK.
- Click Lanjut to go to the destination.
- Confirmation box will appear, click OK.
- Status will be automatically changed.
- To add Proof of Delivery (PoD) click Order tiba.
- Ask the PIC of warehouse to put digital signature on the selected area.
- To finish the process, click Konfirmasi.
- Status will be automatically changed into Drop Off.
- Driver should take picture that the goods has safely arrived, click Unggah foto.
- To take new picture click Kamera, to select from gallery click Penyimpanan, to select from previous photo on the Clickargo app click Riwayat Foto.
- To upload photo click Unggah Foto.
- After a confirmation message appears indicating the photo has been successfully uploaded, click OK.
- To end the order click Selesai.
- Confirmation message will appear, click OK to confirm to end the order.
- Screen will be back to default indicating previous job has been successfully completed.
